What makes a leader? Is being young a barrier?
Karl Martin, one of our keynote speakers, looks at the issue of releasing and developing the leadership gifts of younger people.
Karl will look at what the Bible has to say about leadership, and will examine what that might look like in a 21st century local Church setting. Along the way we'll grapple with some of the challenges that the Church is facing with this issue.
If you're a young potential leader or a current leader...whether your gifts need released or whether you need to be doing the releasing...whether you're young or old - this session will leave you challenged and excited about the future!
